My Pamper Routine/Self Love Routine 🌸

Today I am back with another routine type of post, I’m going to be showing you my pamper and self love routine which I normally do when I’m feeling a bit down or just want to treat myself which is always important, we should all treat ourselves from time to time!! I have been trying to do this at least once a week because university can get a bit stressful and this always helps to relax me!! I have been neglecting this idea for a while now because if all the university work but recently it has been soooo cold, it hit -6 last night and my skin has been feeling so dry and I really needed this, so that is exactly what I decided to do!!

Let’s get straight into it, enjoy lovelies✨

Step 1: Take all makeup off-

My favourite thing to do at the end of everyday is to take all my makeup off, it’s literally the best feeling ever and I just love to have a bear face and it feels so fresh, when I’ve had a bad day or feel stressed, the first thing I like to do when I get into my room is take off my makeup and get into some comfy clothes and take 30 minutes to have a bit of a relax and then I’ll cleanse my face to make it feel smooth in preparation for my face mask!!! To take off my makeup I just use these face wipes from Wilkinson’s, there only £1!!

Step 2- Face mask

The next thing I try to do at-least twice a week is to do a face mask, this just makes me feel instantly more relaxed and it helps my skin so so much. Recently I’ve been breaking out quite a bit and I’ve been trying a few things to try and help and doing this twice a week it has really helped, it draws out all the remaining dirt out of my face which has been left over from my makeup and it really helps for a deep cleanse, I think it was only £2.50 so it is really good value and would really recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cheap face mask!!


Step 3- Skincare routine- 


The next thing that I will go on and do is my skincare routine, after doing my face mask my face will feel quite dry and especially cause of the weather, my face is in need of some TLC, i’m not going to go into too much detail because I have a whole blog post telling you how I do my skin care routine in the winter so I will link that now–Skincare Routine I try to do this every day and twice a day because I’m trying to get rid of the spots that I’ve recently gotten and this skincare routine is really helping!!!

Step 4- Have a Warm Shower-


I have a shower once a day anyway but when I’m doing my pamper evening I always try to make it extra special, I always do a hair mask just to moisturise my hair and make it feel so smooth and I always make sure to shave my legs because whenever I have a shower I am sooo lazy and just forget to do it and it always feels so luxurious and feels like I’ve put that little bit of effort into it. When in the shower, the following things that I use in the shower is: shampoo and conditioner- which I only use when I’m doing my pamper routine, its nothing special but it makes my hair feel so soft and makes it looks a a lot healthier, I will then obviously wash my body and use the same body wash to shave my legs. Before getting into the shower, I will apply the hair mask about half an hour before getting into the shower and when I rinse it out, it leaves my hair feeling so soft!!!

Step 6- put pyjamas on and get into bed and chill and have an early night-


After getting out the shower, I will put my pyjamas on or some comfy clothes and get into bed and watch Netflix or read a book, the current TV series that I’m watching is Friends, i’m currently on season 6 and I’m slowly getting through this, I would really recommend this to anyone, it is soooo good and funny!! If i’m going to read a book, I will decide to read #Girlboss because it has motivated me sooo much and then I feel like the best thing to do on a pamper evening is get an early night, normally, I will go to sleep around 1 am but I always wake up really tired but on my pamper evening, I will go to sleep around 10 pm because I want to feel refreshed for the morning!!
