Things I’ve been loving; March 2018

Today I am back with another blog post all about the things I have been loving this past month, it’s actually so hard to believe that it is already the end of March and that in two days it is easter!! I haven’t done a blog post like this on my blog before but I thought I would because there are a lot of things i’ve been loving this month and a lot of things that I have changed in my life style that has made me feel 100x better. This ranges from random things, makeup, skincare products and clothing. Comment down below what your favourite thing of March has been and why, because i’d love to know!!! Also, thank you so much for 50 followers on my blog, I know it doesn’t seem like much but it has made me so happy and i’d just like to say thank you for all the continuous support on this blog!! Without rambling, lets get straight in with the blog post!!!

Eating healthier- 

This month i’ve been suffering with a lot of body confidence issues and felt like i’ve put on a lot of weight since christmas and I just wanted to change that also I didn’t eat that healthy so I decided to change my life style this month and change the foods I eat daily. I’ve tried to atleast have my five a day everyday and just simply cut out all the fatty food that I was eating and just eat a lot healthier. This has helped me so much and I really have seen a difference since I started. I have a lot more energy, I just simply feel better in myself and feel a lot happier. Another thing relating to this is that I’ve been drinking a lot more water and that has improved my health so much!! I’m not going to go into too much detail but if you’re interested, I have done a blog post on this on my blog. How to be healthier and feel happier in yourself☀️

Going to the gym-

I’ve been one of those people over the past year who will go to the gym whenever I’m feeling bad about my body and then never go again. Recently, I’ve been going to the gym at least 5 times a week and my body has felt so good for it. I’ve been trying to go to the gym in the mornings just to wake me up and prepare me for the day and it has helped so much with being productive. I used to hate going to the gym but now I am loving it and I want to go all the time!! 

Soph x Makeup Revolution Palette- 

This palette has been featured in quite a few of my blog posts recently and has soon become one of my favourite palette’s I own. There is such a variety of colours available and so many eye looks can be created with this palette and that is what I love about it, I hate them palettes that are really restricting and can only make a few eye looks. The best thing about this palette is the price, it is only £10!!! I would really recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable eyeshadow that you can use to create a number of different eye looks. 

T-zone Charcoal Nose Pore Strips- 

This is a very recent purchase and I have done a review on a previous blog post Testing New Skincare Products and they have soon become one of my favourite skincare products at the moment. I get a lot of dry patches around my nose and get a lot of blackheads around my nose and these pore strips get rid of them all, they are so affordable and I only use them once a week so they don’t run out that quick. I love using this strips when I’m having a pamper night or whenever I want my face to feel really smooth. 

Blogging- 

This month I’ve been really enjoying blog writing and it is has made me so much happier and I’ve also been trying to experiment with different blog posts and i’ve been enjoying it so much. I’ve also been really enjoying doing photography for my blog. I’ve been enjoying writing blog posts up to 3 times a week and I thought before that I would try to be someone i’m not when i’m doing blog posts but I have been doing loads of different blog posts which I have been really enjoying.

  1. Working out in the mornings has always been the best choice for me as well. I just go through the day feeling stronger and better about my choices. I’m glad that you’ve been enjoying branching out in your blogging. It can be so much fun incorporating the different things you love into it.
