Hey everyone, I hope your all doing well and are having a lovely week. Today I am back with the next instalment from my morning routine so today I am going to be showing you my updated summer evening routine, this is when I’ve came home from doing everything I’ve needed to do for that day. I have already uploaded an evening routine up on my blog but that was from when I was at University for the duration of the time so this is from being on Summer break. Lets get straight into the post.
My evening normally starts when I get back from doing something or going out for the day, this will normally be around 6 PM. The first thing I like to do is make something to eat as usually when I’ve had a busy day, I don’t get time to eat that much so I’ll go and make something to eat, on this occasion I had some chicken and veg, when this has cooked, I will go and eat this in my room and either watch some Netflix or watch some TV. As I’m living at home now for the summer, once I’ve eaten I will go and wash everything I have used up and sit with my family and talk to my sister for a while.
The next thing I’m eager to do after a long day is to shove my hair up in a ponytail and take all my makeup off. Recently I’ve been loving having no makeup on but I never have the confidence to leave the house without any hahaha. I will get all my skincare products from my room and then I will do my full skincare routine, if your interested, you can read it here I will then hop in the shower and have a bit of a wind down, some days I will do a face mask along with my skincare routine like I did on this occasion.
After this I will usually go back into my room and write some blog posts that I hadn’t finished from the morning before and I will also plan out the next weeks worth of blog posts just so when I’m writing them it makes it so much easier to know what I’m going to write and also what images I’m going to get for them. After doing this I will then spend some time catching up on YouTube videos that I haven’t watched yet. When I’ve finished doing this, it is normally time for Love Island so I will go back downstairs and watch it, I’ve been loving it this year and its just one of them shows you become addicted to very easy ahaha, let me know in the comments if you’ve been watching Love Island and which couple is your favourite, mine is Dani and Jack and I also love Alex.
When this finishes, I will do some exercise, since I’m not at university for the summer, I can’t go the gym so I’ve been taking some time out of my evening to do some exercises, I will normally do a couple of the 7 minute challenges with a bit extra, I have recently just uploaded a workout routine if your interested. I will probably spend around 30 minutes doing this.
I will then start getting ready to go up to bed, I will take my hair out of its ponytail and then I will lie in bed for a few hours on my laptop or my phone. Before going to sleep I like to read a book or something to wind down and I don’t like going to sleep after being on my phone. And then I will go the sleep.
